My name is Grainne OKeeffe-Vigneron and I lecture in Irish Studies at the University Rennes 2, Brittany.
I have been living in France for nearly 15 years now. I originally came over for one year!
I completed my PhD in 2005 on the Irish in England and looked at how Irish people integrated into English society in the 1980s/1990s.
I have recently started a research project on the Irish diaspora in France.
I would really like to interview Irish people on their experiences and life in France.
The main aim of this project is to find out what life is like for Irish people based in France.
